Client Success Manager CPA
Managing a team of bookkeepers and their work, being the point of contact for our clients, budgets, cash flow, financial reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of bookkeepers and bookkeepers
- Constant client oversight and management
- KPI and financial statement review
- Fractional CFO work following provided framework
- Setup/troubleshoot software and integrations
Bookkeeper
Categorizing transactions, reconciling, bookkeeping admin work.
Responsibilities include:
- Client bookkeeping admin tasks
- Posting transactions
- Reconciling transactions
- Storing documents
- Managing client expenses and receipts
